Summer Bridge FlierWhat is Summer Bridge?

The Peach State LSAMP "Building Bridges" Summer Institute is an intensive three-week  preparation program from Sunday, July 8 to Friday, July 27, 2018. The program provides students with the opportunity to attend mock STEM classes, become acclimated with UGA’s campus, participate in STEM-related field trips, take research lab tours with esteemed UGA faculty, become socially engaged with their program cohort, and attend informational workshops with various student-services departments at UGA. The program schedule includes workshops regarding effective resume writing, lab tours, research presentations, and panels focusing on student services available at UGA.
